Who we are

What the extension does with your data

Tenant Banner runs entirely in your browser. It reads the tenant name, domain and tenant ID shown in the Microsoft admin portals in order to display the matching colored frame. This information is never sent to us or to anyone else.

Data stored in your browser

• Your tenant list (names, colors, detection values), display settings and favorites are stored with the browser's extension storage. If you have browser sync turned on, your browser provider (Google or Microsoft) syncs these settings between your own devices. We have no access to them.
• A list of recently detected tenants and the status of your Pro license are stored locally on this device only.
• Exports (CSV, Markdown) are created in your browser and copied to your clipboard or saved as a file on your device.

License check (Pro only)

When you activate a Pro license key, the extension sends the key and a device label (browser, operating system and date, e.g. "Chrome · Windows · 2026-10-18") to our payment provider Polar (Polar Software, Inc.) at api.polar.sh. The key is re-checked about once a day. No portal content, tenant data or browsing history is included.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Polar as merchant of record. Polar processes your name, email address, billing country and payment details according to its own privacy policy (https://polar.sh/legal/privacy). We receive your name, email address and order details from Polar to provide the license and support.

What we do not do

No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no sale of data, no transfer of data to third parties beyond Polar for the license check.

Your rights

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by removing the extension. For questions about your purchase data, or to request access, correction or deletion under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) or the EU GDPR, write to support@dialogis.ai.

We will update this page if the extension starts handling data differently.
